Start -> Run -> Type: cmd (or, press WindowsKey+R, then type: cmd)
Drag the innounp.exe into this window
Type: -x
Drag the patch installer to the window
Hit 'Enter'
Jobs a good 'un! Now you have the extracted files which you should be able to place where they need to be in the game folder.

That's as clear as you'll get
