But you can only upgrade if you authenticate online or something, correct? (Don't have the game myself.) In this case, the cracks hosted on GCW are against the current policy (of hosting cracks for media-based copy protections only) and should be removed.
[...] Oh, or 1) the Enhanced Edition (freely downloadable addon, v1.0) itself is still copy protected and 2) there's a patch for it (freely downloadable update, v1.4) that removes the copy protection from it (as well as the original game that is still accessible)?
