You will need to contact your game publisher if your original disk doesn't work.
However, one thing to try first is if you have multiple CD/DVD drives, to put the disk into the one with the first drive letter (IE. If you have two drives, D & E, then put the disk in drive E) PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GENERAL GAME SUPPORT FORUM!!! -Leezer-
