ive tryed that and it still wont paly

the egzact same thing is happenin ive tryed dvd decrypter, clone cd, clone dvd, nero, Alcohol 120%, MagicISO, blind read in combo with nero ive tryed every thing and they still wont play and it is not the playstation as i have tryed them in others and they dont work there either. Please can someone help me this is driveing me nuts
