i have backed up my Time Crisis 2 game but my screen shakes and the sound is not that good has anyone had this problem if so what do i do thanks

IVE BACK UP TIME CRISIS AND ITS WORKING FINE IM USING NEO KEY AND GS 1.9,,,,,,BY THE WAY I BEAT TH WHOLE GAME YESTERDAY!!!!!SHORT GAME!!!!!
