crazygamelover is on a distinguished road
either one will work so go for the best price on the pci cards. keep in mind that TD is correct, USB2 is faster than the firewire. You will be fine with either one though. I think the cards are both fairly close in price. Check out your local BestBuy to be sure though. They should offer both cards.
