BF1942/C&Cgenerals Wrong CD error..

I've just bought the EA's Battlepack... and i installed the games... (MoH:aa.. BF1942 and C&C Generals)

They all work fine.. but when i upgrade them, they ask for a CD, but i've allready got the right CD in the drive...

EAgames.com has some solutions to this problem.. but none of them works...
I had some same problems with Operation Flashpoint before.. and they told that maybe a VIA-Chipset was causing the trouble.. but i dont know if that's the problem, since non-upgrade do work
