Crackdown mayhem disc errors or something
Well...Got home tonight and went to play Crackdown and the game just hangs at the spinning logo crackdown game load thingy....after I shoose Solo etc. let me be clear....the logo KEEPS spinning and the music is playing and I can go to the dash. But I can hear the drive stop...any ideas

is it a back up or original and what firmware is in your drive?

Oops....sorry...It is the backup....the original also does this and I tried backing it up again....Firmware...I will have to ask, but it would be almost the latest, since I just took to my bud and he re did something

Well, if the original does this and also the backup, I would suggest getting a different copy of the game. If there was a fault in the original, the backup would likely be similar if not worse.
It sounds like the original disk is bad, or maybe it is an issue with system cache. Could even be a bad save.

also might want to try the original on an unmodded xbox or update your drives firmware

Cool...I have had this problem before with NFS carbon...and then after a month it started working again....Weird
