Speech packs...

Just so people know, they have been released (up to disc 2, disc 3 coming soon) and they are available out there if you know where to look, but I can't say more. The other threads were deleted presumably because of posting FTP details and so forth. Also, if you have problems with these then do not post in this forum, but send to the email included with the upgrader.

My pleasure to contribute to the scene.

Do you plan to release packs for your other perfect series games like Jet Set Radio, Sonic Adventure where you kept the audio in Stereo and didn't make the movies look crap?

No. Firstly because the common rips out there are the wrong region so the files wouldn't match anyway, secondly because they'd be too big. This was a one off :-) Enjoy it.

Don't think we should be talking about this anyways. Let's not attract the wrong kinda attention to the forum.

It's disc 3 which is missing the track. This would be a simple fix for everyone, just get the song on mp3 and burn it as the first session. Then hack a few files to the new LBA (HANGON.EMU and 1ST_READ.BIN)... no need for a CDDA hack for just one track.

My friend still hasn't lent me the discs to rip, he's real lazy. But it'll get done soe day. Never heard about the Project Berkley.

darkfalz,
i think it´s better you buy the stuff from your
friend.
and then rip it.
maybe you sell the stuff back then :-)

and
you should put the instructions
for the speechpacks on your hp.

even the upgrader.

jeffma´s ftp

You need to follow the instructions WORD FOR WORD.

The only remaining bug is that under certain versions of XP, you seem to get files which are the wrong size after compacting/building. If you get any other error then plain and simple you didn't follow the instructions properly.

And I'm not putting that on my home page, because this stuff isn't exactly legal.

Project Berkley is the Early development demo of Shenmue that came with the Jap VF3TB.You have to chase Sega's ceo all around wakasuha (prolly spelt wrong).Eventually you track him down to a room thats full of Dreamcasts about to be shipped. Its a bit of a collectors item, id love to get my hands on it.
