Problem with Shenmue ... and what is a LBA fix ???

Hi , I need some help because I burned Shenmue CD 1 twice and it does not work when I put it in my dreamcast ... I tried with the boot CD and It doesn't work too ... I have NTSC dreamcast and the Kalisto's Shenmue realase ... So what can I do ?
