Xena - ? about 45000 trick

I am working with MSR. I tried using the 45000 trick, and it stil didn't work. I don't understand why not. If the second session starts at 45000 sectors, isn't it identical to a GDROM. Do I need to patch something else? It seems to me that if you set the second session to start at 45000 sectors, all LBAs in the bin files should be correct. Thanks for any suggestions.... ejk4
