Special Thanks to by FidQ for splitting the NEW CAB tools

1: Download attachment & Extract 'GRFS_3xDVD5' contents

2: Copy all DVD's content to DVD1 folder (don't overwrite the contents)

3: Run 'The_F1nal_Solution.exe' (Vista,Win7,Win8 user's run it as administrator or disable UAC)

4: Change the cab size 4294967295 to 2281701376
Run Prepare files
Run edit layout.bin
Run rebuild cabs and Wait until it's complete
Run Cleanup

5: Run clean.bat....make iso's or burn content with any label

DVD1 4.25GB - DVD2 4.25GB - DVD3 4.36GB (with crack)

I think this solves the problem with the reg entries when using conversions made in inno.

The only problem I found was:

1. During install the setup asks for DVD3 and after DVD5 instead DVD2 and after DVD3.
2. The pre requirements were not installed.

EDIT...

But the game run perfectly with original reg entries! No problems with updates and DLC. I'm satisfied.

senseman any solution of the disk changement the setup asks for dvd3 instead of dvd2 and disk5 after the disk2 rest of Raven Strike DLC + ALL Updates r works fine!

Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix it...there's nothing to be fixed, conversion works fine, you shouldnt care disk 3 -5 prompts instead of 2

'fixable' BUT you end up with 4xdvd5 ( complete game + updates 1.1-1.7 + Raven Strike DLC + Khyber Strike DLC). Updates 1.1 - 1.7 + DLC + Support folder all belong on DVD4.

Simply change step 4 ( bold numbers )

- 4294967295 to 4194304000.

this makes cabs 3.9GB rather then 2.18 ( original line 4 from senseman's post) and as in screenshots below, installer asks for correct disk numbers.
You still have to burn the images as UDF in your burning software, but at least installer asks for correct dvd number now.

I have a doubt...

This converter works with any installer from Ubisoft? Since everyone uses installshield and the files are similar (Far Cry 3, ACIII...)

yes, pretty much.

hover your mouse over _setup.dll it will tell you version of installshield, then use version of iscab.exe that matches and repack away. Only need to edit repack.bat for the copy files to next dvd etc.

tested far cry 3 and works..2xDVD5 possible but without crack+updates... i use 2281701376 and no need diskprompt fix

I'm aware of this, but it's not 3xdvd5 anymore with this system. It will work for the ones who want 4dvd5
