Tropico 4 + Modern Times DVD9 to 1xDVD5
1. Install Tropico 4 ( update to 1.03 ) 2. Install Modern Times Addon 3. Extract Archive to HD ( NOT in gamefolder ) 4. Compress Game folder Contents with Freearc ( -m0 No Compression) 5. Save data.arc to Compiled Folder ( from extracted archive ) 6. Burn Contents of Compiled folder to ISO. Use any label you want. Screenshots

Okay,but Modern Times Addon installed in the "C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Tropico 4\DLC\Expansion.hpk" (win7x32), dlc does not fit into the main directory of the game and it was not packed.

trying to fix, but INNO refuses to extract anything into the appdata\roaming folder, always places it in gamefolder. Unless I can get it fixed, might have to manually extract archive there afterwards.
I just created data2.arc with the contents of the AppData\Roaming\Tropico 4 folder. will keep you updated.

Yes. Works perfect collector's bundle.
I did method: Compression: -m3 -s96m data.arc file size : 3.82gb and Works all dlc & modern times addon
