Crazy Taxi BIN

OK, I got Crazy Taxi BIN and CUE, by Kalisto. Im using CDRWIN to burn it, all I do is "LOAD CUESHEET" and tell it where the Cue sheet is and ##### RAW MODE then I hit Burn, it burns the CD but it doesnt work. Am I doing anything wrong? Ive tried it with the Utopia BootDisc and without. WHen I use the bootdisk,I just wati for the boot screen to come up with the moose, take ou the Utopia CD and put in the Crazy Taxi CD and nothing happens. Is that what your supposed to do? Thank
