Copy over all files from dvd9 to MOH_DVD5/MOH then move the autorun.dat from archive into MOH folder say yes to overwrite.

make sure using correct version

...dvd5.rar is for 32 bit versions of windows
...dvd5X64.rar is for 64 bit versions of windows

I'd suggest using Yener's Converter it's much easier.. too many people having issues with this conversion.

make sure you have GIGS of freespace on windows drive IF
you havent changed the location of your temp folder in Control Panel>System
>Environment Variables ( User variables at the top TEMP & TMP folder location) as well as at the bottom of that page under system variables. They both should point to the same place.

I changed mine from C:\ to another HD 1TB drive & created the TEMP folder there. Then changed those 4 locations, to point to that new folder. It will never run out of room again...

Also make sure that your AV program is set to NOT bother with files from the MOH DVD5 conversion folder.

ok, extract files from additional.rar ( attached below ) into the same folder, where you extracted Multi3-MOH_DVD5.rar. Then delete the recompress.exe and run the batch file Re-Compress.bat. That should allow you to follow the conversion process. ( I initially just took the files that are from the additional.rar & had them included into the exe file, which should have extracted & run when you run the exe, but for some reason, it doesnt seem to work for you??!!)

please post back if this now works for you.

you missed something in 1 of the steps of the conversion process. probable got a msi mismatch error

you have the game installed & copied from the dvd9 to 'MOH_DVD5\MOH' folder, then MOVE the autorun.dat from the MOH_DVD5 to the MOH_DVD5\MOH folder.

you'll have to start all over again. Delete that entire temp folder, reextract the 2 archives into temp folder and start again at step #1. I know it works because I have a dvd5 that was made using the process.
