1) Extract 'NBA2K11_1xDVD5.7z' contents 2) Copy DVD9 contents to 'NBA2K11_DVD5\NBA2K11' folder 3) Install 7zip v9.17 beta, go to 7zip program folder, backup 7z.sfx SFX module file, and then extract & overwrite it with custom SFX Module (7zip_Custom_SFX_Module.7z) 4) Install the game from DVD9, launch 7zip manager browse game folder & select all files: Code:
