Does Anyone Know how to enable Internet Option for Marvel vsCapcom2 usa

this game has had the actual internet option in the game blocked or removed
this was a old kalisto rip b4 anyone understood much about the internet option
seems instead of trying to fix it they blocked or removed this option from the game.If anyone knows how they disabled it or how to enable it plz post it.
