Add, Compression, Maximum and then type in -mx -ld192m and cross convert to sfx (make selfextracting sfx-exe - freearc.sfx should alrdy be choosen), then make it in own process, the middle bar, between ok and cancel.

I'll edit soon if it works

Edit: Works fine, thanks a lot peterf1999

AWESOME Job Peter!!!

Conversion worked 100% for me, thank you so much... NFS Shift x1dvd5 and this conversion are just amazing...

One little doubt, in step 7, shouldn´t be "temp\setup.ini" instead of "'temp\DiRT2\setup.ini"???

Once again, thank you so much!!!

Kindest Regards

Ps: Step 7 is correct as the rest of this flawless conversion!

InstallShield (not msi installer) doesn't allow (like the msi version does) to edit the installation database to add a new item to run after install.
However, if the game installs/update DirectX, try to include the arc sfx into the DirectX folder (if available), delete all the content and rename your file to dxsetup.exe.
If there's no DirectX folder and the game still updates DirectX it's because it has it internally.
To do that, rename you arc sdx to DXSetup.exe and then replace it inside the cab with iscab.exe.

this is an example code. You must change to fit your needs:
Code:
[ISCAB Info]
Product=ISCAB
Version=2.0

[DirectX]
FileXPTO=DXSetup.exe
then run the command: iscab data1.cab -a -i"filename with previous code"

This way, Installshield with run the freearc sfx instead of DirectX

I don't have the game so I don't know the right stuff.
Peterf1999 can help you better with this.

Please, edit polish installer.
Code:
http://hotfile.com/dl/20144092/d5c9f7a/DiRT2_polish_installer.rar.html
step 3 changes as follows:

3) Extract & overwrite 'DiRT2_1xDVD5.7z' contents and then after 'DiRT2_Polish.7z' to 'temp\'

skip step 7

Which step are you stuck at? What commands have you executed? Details, please!
