Please help a dumb newbie. CANNOT BURN SOUL CALIBUR WITHOUT SOUND ISSUES

I absolutely am having ZERO luck with this game. I can play it but the sound is messed up. The 3 tracks that I downsampled play as if they were sped up twice as fast as it should play normally. Also the intro stops in the middle of playing.

My Yamaha CRW2100S drive checked out at 0,11702 for the LBA. What gives? I found 2 pathces but I don't know how to use them. I got the PPF-o-matic but it wants to apply it to a CD-R WIN .BIN file. I have no such file, only the ISO file that CDRECORD/SELFBOOT.BAT creates. WHAT DO I DO?

How do I downsample without the pitch going way high? How do I burn so audio doesn't JITTER?? (It sounds like it's skipping but really it is playing the same second two times in a row)
And last, what is causing the intro to hault ½ way through?

I know this is a lot to ask but I have spent 2 weeks on this stinking title already.
