plz help me i installed silent hill homecoming from shop i installed the game installed successfully but when i open the game it crashes and freezes plz help my laptop is new model is TOSHİBA PORTEGE M800

You dont need to post in a couple of threads the same question.

But with your laptop I have a fairly good idea what your problem is your Graphic Card is not compatible.

That is your laptops graphic card, and this chipset although not too bad has no pixel shader support or HT&L.

Graphics: DirectX 9.0c compliant video card such as ATI Radeon HD-series graphics card (minimum 256 MB) or NVIDIA GeForce 7800-series graphics card (minimum 256 MB)
Sound: DirectX®: 9.0c compatible sound card
Hard Drive: 10 GB Free space
Controller Support:Mouse, Keyboard, Xbox 360 controller

The HD and 7800 cards are Pixel Shader 2.0 cards, and upwards for newer cards.

Your onboard graphic card is not, as far as I am aware. So no patch to the game will help you play it if your graphic card is not supported.


In all honesty, its very rare for a good laptop to be amazing with games, some are but are horendously expensive that they only last a couple of years before you need a newer model which costs even more money.

Yeah stick with a desktop for gaming.
