Backing up The Sims with Blindwrite
Sorry, I am very new to all this.
I have just installed Blindwrite and I would really like to back up my copy of the Sims game as my children are very hard on their discs. Could anyone explain to me in the simplest terms possible how I should go about doing this. I appreciate any help at all. Thank you

Have a look at this tutorial in the FAQ section. Since the disc is most likely protected by SafeDisc make sure you pay attention to point #5 which says that you have to activate "bad sectors" in the settings. Otherwise the copy process will fail or important copy protection information will be missing, i.e. the game won't recognize the image as the original.

you're probably better off using alcohol or daemon tools though to make the image...
