I live in Europe, how to play ntsc games?

could you please tell how to play ntsc games on a european (pal) console?

Press open on the dreamcast, insert the game, close the lid, hit the power button and play the game ! Though the picture will be in black and white unless you use a scart connection, and if your using a crap TV (one that doesn't support 60Hz refresh rate) the picture will be all over the place

Despite what BrAvO_BoY says, if it is original NTSC games that you want to play then this is not possible without a modchip or the utopia bootdisk. further to what was said about the bootdisk i have usa games and i have a uk dc to get them working i us the bootdisk first.OR you can use gameshark or actionreplay to bootup a usa game.And with a scart connection they look fine also usa online games will work with your own isp in the uk but i reccomend buying a 56k modem.The url for a site that sells them is www.ncsx.com thats where i bought mine from.
