GTA IV PC Any Working God Mode Patches?

Anyone know of a patch or trainer that gives you Invicibility? Please no comments against cheating I have Arthritis and need trainers or god cheats to get through some more Intense sections,but I still enjoy the games with a little help when needed.I only play single player against the computer so no one should give a heck if I get help! Evidently Rockstar's programmers like many don't give a crap about people with handicaps needing help.I miss the old action games that had a very easy option for there games,which gave you less enemies and less damage when hit with rounds.

Not at the moment, you may have to wait a bit due to the windows live protection the game uses it can be a tad bit hard.

I certainly understand what it's like to have arthritis. Remember that Google is your friend, although I use SSL Scroogle which stops tracking by the big boys.

As to your need of an Invincibility Mod for GTAIV there's lots of different mods out there and the list is growing. Also, remember to scan the files you download with an antivirus before opening them on your PC. Just right click the downloaded file and choose from the options menu that pops-up. Once bitten, twice shy.

Btw, you can survive a fall even from great height in the game if you bounce off something else before you hit the ground. And if you're on the motorbike, release the accelerator before you land. You'll stay alive and won't wipe out.

Hi there. I've found a Trainer for GTA IV that came out very recently. It has a Forced Invincible mode that makes Niko into Superman, even between and during missions. It also has some good extras. I've been testing it on Vista, and it is very stable so far.
