what blue boarder???????

i have all the stuff needed to do a rip but when i loaded up the cd to send th info to my comp i never got the blue borders i was supposed to all i get is a 6 second audio track and nothing else am i doing something wrong or is it simply a duff image i have its the serial slave 302 file i tried using diskjugglar am i using the wrong settings? has anyone else had the same problems please help as im getting sick of coasters

This really looks like a duff image! if the CD boots into the Audio Menu then U made a misstake! normaly the CD should boot till U see the SEGA screen... there shuld it stop and U should see a a blue boarder around the SEGA screen...
