Quake 3 hacks...?

ok guys, i have followed the methods on this board for quake 3, but have seen many different ways. what is the correct way to hack quake 3 and get cdda to run? please help...

please guys, has anyone ripped quake 3 and got it to work? if so, how did you hack the BIN files?
