Cod 4

I bought COD 4 and I would like to make a backup to load/play over my LAN on my other computer. Is there any easy way to do this?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. If you want to play 1 copy of the game on 2 computers then it's against forum rule #1.

Sorry about the confusion. No harm intended. I have two computers in my apartment. I would like to play over my network (LAN) with my roomate. So do I need to buy another copy of the game in order to do that? Again I'm sorry if I broke the rules.

You should read the EULA for an explicit answer to your question but I'm pretty sure that, yes, you will have to buy another copy to be able to legally play the game on both machines.
