terra is a terror just a few questions please help???

i made it up to the part where it should take 10-24 hours but about 1 hour into it the grey box with packetsize and other stuff in it dissapears and i am left with a single blinking box.is this right.well after that i turned it off in discust.for laughs i went to that file it created in terra and tried to xtract it with winrar and it said unexpected end to file.please help me maybe i can help u with something.also is there another place other then selfboot .com for instructions those are confusing.thanx again.

some games crash dreamrip like that if they are too scratched up. i cant get gauntlet legends to rip and a few other people couldn't get it to work either.try cleaning off the disc or instead of using the macro do it manually. just type ok and transfer|xmodem|recieve. choose 1K and Binary and type the file name they give you.
