Manhunt & Vista

so guys as u probably know Vista is not Games Friendly , & i searched every were for a fix for Manhunt under vista , as the game keeps on crashing everytime it is llunched , so is there any way to play the game , so far i tried all the compatibilty mods & disabled the advanced graphics & i even run it as administrator , so is there a fix that can make this game run in Vista ?

You do have the original yes? So it shouldnt be a problem.
