Trainers

I apologize if this question is in the incorrect thread! I was wondering I do you use trainers? I've been trying to use "jeff trainer 1.41" but i can't get it to work. Can anyone explain or direct me in the right direction...

Usually there is a .txt or .nfo file included with the trainer, open these files with notepad or wordpad it will give instructions on how to use.

Normally you have the trainer on your desktop, start your game, alt-tab back to your desktop, start the trainer, go back to your game and if it works your in business brother.....
