Self-Boot Games Not Working

Hey I followed all the instructons for burning a self-boot game but it still doesn't work...Im burning Virtua Tennis and when the burn was over all that was on the CD was a folder called self-boot and in that folder was the Image File that I created and I used CDRWIn anyone have any ideas?
