POP: Warrior Within nvidia Issue/HELP?

I installed and played POP 2 fine with gcw's no-cd dl, but the game itself starts having issues with the sound and some parts slow down drastically.

I read that nVidia 6800 256mb user have these issues.. ubisoft has a link to dl the patch.

However, the patch requires replacing gcw's no-cd crack..thus, the game does not work after that and asks to put in cd..(using Daemon for the image cd3).

Please is someone has any knowledge of how to get the patch for the Nvidia 6800 users with the no-cd *using daemon* tools to work reply..TIA!

*I just want to know if it is possible to get the Fix Nvidia Patch to work with the image POP2 I have running in Daemon.

Have you tried a mini-image instead of a crack? If that doesn´t work i am afraid you just have to use your original disc instead.

I used the mini, but like I said the patch requires you to replace the actual crack pop.exe w/ another one. I was just curious to see if there is a cracked patch that would work or any other suggestions will do..

Thanks for the reply..
