psx patch doesn't exist?

i have the backup of the psx game / Captain Tsubasa J; Captain Tsubasa New Legend , i need to know if someone has a anti-mod patch. The game loads a little then it says.."Software terminated. Console may have been modified. Please call 1-800-....... for further instructions." i have a psx emulator and it works fine with that but i can't get it to work on my ps1 BOARD PU18 5001 i have a gamehunter pro and it hasn't given me any problems till now!! Can someone tell me how to create a patch or find one for this game... i have Windows XP Service Pack 2

PS. I tried the XPS-XA_ISO Patch system that works with ms-DOS but my windows xp opens them and automatically closes them!!!
