Laser fitting without scope
Hi
Any good guides on how to fit a new laser without using an oscilloscope (think that's how you spell it). just have a digital multimeter & vernier cheers |

I use these settings as a starting point. Then adjust slowly up or down until i get the best boot. Shadowknyght's site is loaded with great info on this. In General original settings can be around: V3 stations - CD = 1080 to 1260, DVD = 800 to 1300 V4 stations - CD = 850 to 900, DVD = 1200 to 1400 V5 stations - CD = 1200, DVD = 1400 V7 stations - CD = 1200, DVD = 1100 to 1400 Last edited by Warlock; 20-06-2006 at 15:59. |

Excellent site for info, sorted old laser out. I wish i found out about this site earlier, coukd have saved me a lot of pain (and the dog!) cheers |
