Is there a program that tells what region a DVD is?

Tried Googling without success.

Looking for a software program that detects what region a DVD is when it is inserted (need to sell some DVDs on eBay, it is very frustrating that it is not yet a standard that region be stated on the cover, while some do many don't).

While the country in which they were purchased/distributed is a guide, a number of music/aerobics/etc DVDs are region-free (0) so not quite that simple.

Anyhow, thought someone might know...
