I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with DC2PC connections and if they have can they help me?

yes have been successful
have made a variation to the specs on the web and it works fine, you need to make the proper connections and then use software to communicate between the dreamcast and the computer to rip the files,
then arrange them to a burnable format and burn
