Red face looking for a Emulator for DVD-R and DVD+R

My problem is that i have some files stored in a dvd+R that wasn't fully finalised when it was finished. so it can only be read by other DVD+R drives. now that i have gone back to leeds i realised that i forgot to finished it and to make things worse my labtop can only handle DVD-R.

SO when I try to read that dvd it only show me a blank Folder. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a software or method to read this files without having to by a whole new DVD DRIVE?

Back it up on a computer that CAN read the DVD. Alternatively, you may want to try to salvage the contents with ISOBuster (use Altavista or Google to find it).
