2 CD > DVD Conversion

1. copy contents of CD 2 to temp-dir

2. copy contents of CD 1 to same dir, overwrite all existing files (those are only two: Autorun.inf & autorun.exe)

3. Optional: add NoCd-crack (the one from GCW seems to work, although game is starforce-protected)

4. Burn to DVDR labelled VIVISECTOR
