Burn without check for media

Can anyone suggest a tool that I can use to burn to CD without checking for whether media has been inserted?

(What I'm actually trying to achieve is writing files to a CDFS partition on a USB flash drive. I've finally got to the point where it looks like I'm going to be able to write to the thing - a long story - but Windows and BurnNow both ask me to 'insert a cdrom' - doh!)

Thanks

Dave

Pens and CD's are 2 different mediums, it will not work with protected discs.
