With help from my friend >>Aschker<< who provided the screenies where I checked to see how Tiger Woods gets installed.

I tried same thing with Tiger Woods 2004. During the install process it asks me for inserting "Courses CD" and then "Install CD", in these cases I simply pressed "cancel" and when the path to the new DVD appeared i simply pressed OK and it worked fine.
