1. Copy all contents of CD1, except compressed.zip, to a Temp-Folder named SIMS2EP_DVD.
2. Extract compressed.zip somewhere else (another Temp-Folder).
3. When you have extracted it go into this folder and copy the contents of it to the SIMS2EP_DVD dir.
4. Copy en-us_compressed.zip, es_compressed.zip, compressed.zip and the TSData-Folder from CD2 to the SIMS2EP_DVD folder.
5. Now you could (if you like), make a folder named CRACK in the SIMS2EP_DVD-Folder and put the mini image in it.
6. Burn the contents of the SIMS2EP_DVD-Folder to a DVD using the label SIMS2EP_DVD.

01. Copy all files in CD1 to new folder. You can named it Sims2EP1_1
02. Rename file 'compressed.zip' in folder Sims2EP1_1 to ‘compressed_cd1.zip’
03. Copy all files in CD 2 (except autorun.inf) to folder Sims2EP1_1, overwrite everything. (Actually you don't overwrite anything, just same name of folder)
04. Rename file 'compressed.zip' in folder Sims2EP1_1 to ‘compressed_cd2.zip’
05. Create a sub folder named 'compressed'
06. Extract ‘compressed_cd1.zip’ and ‘compressed_cd2.zip’ to folder 'compressed'
07. Right-click on folder 'compressed' and choose ‘Add to compressed.zip’
08. Delete file ‘compressed_cd1.zip’ and ‘compressed_cd2.zip’
09. Delete folder 'compressed'
10. Right-click file ‘common_filelist.txt’, untick the ‘read only’ attribute
11. Open file ‘common_filelist.txt’, change all first number at the beginning of each line to 1. Save.
12. Add sub folder to put your mini image (since there's no NoCD out yet)
13. Burn contents to DVD using label SIMS2EP1_1

Please insert disk number 2. Followed your directions to the t. Hmmm, any ideas?
