Andy, this is what I did, and it works perfectly. First, create a main folder (e.g. Diablo Collection). Directly inside this folder, put all the CD contents of LOD. As for diablo2, diablo, and hellfire - put them in their own respective folder, inside the main folder. So if you open the main folder, you will see diablo2 folder, diablo folder, hellfire folder, and many LOD individual files. I then used AutoPlay Menu Builder to create the autorun. Of course you can use the great guide here or other autorun builders. I have tested this and it works 100%. You can also add other folders, e.g. MODS, etc. As always, try it first on a DVD-RW. Let me know.

I forgot one minor thing. Open the AUTORUN.INF file in Diablo2, and change OPEN=SETUP.EXE to OPEN=INSTALL.EXE, so it will look like this:

OPEN=INSTALL.EXE
ICON=DIABLOII.ICO

Make sure your diablo2 link is directed to INSTALL.EXE (not SETUP.EXE). Try it, and make sure to burn it on an RW. Name the DVD with anything you like. I tested this again and works without a problem.

Question:
How i can make an install directory, that works from hard drive without CD or "Image"?

I prefer an install method using hard disk space and no DVD or CDs.

Mostly games dont require a CD or DVD during installation, but Diablo 2 will, so how i can make it so? is there an option?
