when you add a no cd patch to a game,
will that change the story of a game,
a example
i play the game survivor ultimate if i play with cd the votes wil change every time i play, and with the no cd patch the way they vote will not change.
is that true or make it no difference if you play or not play with cd?

So that the publishers know 100% you are not giving the CD to your friends, which is illegal.
