Halo 2 Error
I am running Executor 2 with Evox. I have a load of games on it which I haven't really played. I have been playing Halo 2 (cut down to dvd5, don't know region etc...). Near the end of the game an error comes up saying that the disc is dirty and needs cleaned, it then boots back to evox dash. I have the game backed up on disc, I loaded from that and it just does the same except the dvd version doesn't load the level at all.
Is this a built in protection, if so is there a patch to remove it? The DVD has never been used before today and is in mint condition. Sorry for long winded post. |

Does it work OK with your original disc? It could be that when you made your backup DVD and also copied it to your HDD the original DVD was not clean and didn't copy one or more of the files correctly.

You could try copying the original DVD-9 to the HD and then try playing it from there.
Also I couldn't help but notice that you spelt Xecuter wrong. It is spelt Xecuter, not Executer. (n00b!, but thats ok, thats what were here for) dragonx
