Heroes of the Pacific Genius wanted

Im only a newbie at this so can some genius give me step by step instructions how to get this game to work,I keep getting a message "Required security module cannot be activated"Ive used Daemon tools to get it to boot and anti_blaxx also ran game in windows 2000 mode which none have worked,maybe settings are wrong,Pleeze HELP!
