Bit of Help please......Cosmic Smash and Puyo Puyo Fever.....

I am in need of a little help burning or patching a couple of Jap/NTSC games (Cosmic Smash & Puyo Puyo Fever) Both are NTSC so in theory shouldn't have the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. (I have a PAL system) Ive never had this problem before.........what am I doing wrong? I'm ssing CditoNero then burning it in Nero 6.

Any help would be apprciated.........but bare with me as I'm a noob.

Ok so I just read a couple more posts and would I be right in thinkings its got region detection on the image? If so is there a program avaliable to change the region code like there is for the Saturn?

Damn PAL 50htz systems.........arggggh B******!
