Vampire TM:bloodlines problem

Hi, I've played this game for a while and got to the part where you have to escape from the collapsing cave (at the society of leopold). When i get to the boat the game crashes...
this thing should be fixed by patch 1.2 but i have a cracked version of the game and the patch won't apply. i've tried to install the game, apply the patch and then the crack, this way it worked out well but the game still crashed at that point, obviously because the crack doesnt work with the newer patch.

Can anyone help me please? what should i do? or where can i get a newer crack?

Is it working, when you use your original cd/dvd without the crack?

yes it works with the original cd w/applied patch...

and i have the original game, but only one...and i have 2 comps 500km apart, one at home and another one at school (and im playing the game for different characters here and there too). i dont want to carry the cds around with my other luggage every two weeks or so, this way i already broke my Earth2150 cd and i dont want the same thing to happen here (i worked my ass off for a month to get enough money to buy this one(yeah its kinda hard when you get 1 euro per hour,average student pay here) and it would kill me if something happened to it)

well i can imagine now what you'll tell me but...whatever...just tell me something

And for the record, you are not supposed to install one game onto more than one computer! You are meant to own 2 copies of the game to be able to install onto 2 computers. Yeh, I know it sucks but thats how it is.

if it's so, please tell me the opcode where the game crashs (it's sometimes written at the windows message).

Where did you find the Patch.
Had no luck til now.
