My mp3 player doing trouble

Hello, my name is avi and i'm from israel.
i went on holiday to russia and on the way i bought an mp3 player.
after some time it stopped working when i try to play a song it puts an hours glass and below it writes starting, and then shuts down. i read on the box and it says the model is MD-3202 does anyone has anyidea how to fix the problem (p.s i know it is because i accidently pulled it while the unforgiven II to it)
please help me
