Copy of a copy of a copy (of a copy)

Can someone please, please help me. I am having a nightmare trying to create an image/iso of a copied game. Ive got P3-450, 128mb RAM and only 1 cd rom slot in the machine, this has got an LG 8X4X32, Im running windows ME and have tried Disc Juggler, PSX Copy, Nero, CDR Win, Direct Read etc. The problem I get is that the drive only reads the CD as a 300 or so KB file, when Itry to create an image this is what it creates. Ive tried tweaking all the settings in the CDR software but no luck. Ive read al the hints from over people and still get the same problem, with self booter and boot disc required, Can any one help me before I buy another PSX?????

Trying not to sound like a complete arse: Wrong forum m8! But hey....

Right, first things first, what game are you trying to backup?

By the sounds of it you are trying to run a DreamCast game on a PSX, or was that a genuine mistake?

I've found one of the best toolz for DreamCast CD's is DiscJuggler 2. The settings should be Read Raw/Ignore Errors/80min CD. I also set CD+G but not everyone has this option. Do a "Player to Image" session and see if it will create a bigger file. Other than this, CloneCD is looking good, but i don't know if your writer is compatible.
