Psychotoxic CD/DVD version

I will get Psychotoxic 3CD Version Box on next day(s), so I have a question:
can I make a WORKING backup for playing with the RELOADED so-called
NoDVD fixed exe??
I don't know the version (v1.05 ???? and EURO or US ????) only when arrived
the package, but I guess some of you will answer me...
