Noob needs help with Xbox to PC

Hello, I am fairly new to modding and xbox's so please forgive me.

I recently soft modded my box and I am trying to connect my xbox to my PC. Could anyone give me some instructions on how to do so?

I think I have all the right programs, include mIRC and FlashFXP

I just need help on the FTP part.

I get to the FlashFXP,quick connect, enter the IP address of my xbox, username, password (xbox) and connect.

It connects, then loses the connection.

Any chance you can post the small login and connection portion of the flashfxp log?

I assume you softmodded with evox as your dashboard? I am not sure if I can help you with this, however, when I used to get this exact same problem it was due to my firewall (zone alarms). You may want to configure it or turn it off ONLY when connecting to the xbox, as that may be the problem.

I use FlashFXP, and I use my xbox's IP address for the server/URL. Xbox, xbox for username and password.

It connects for about 5 seconds and then disconnects.

When I disabled my firewall, it didn't connect at all (strange).
